My fathers family was a great part of that community. It would be a shame, & would have hurt him deeply to know that this historical place of worship, & community was in danger of demolition.

When you have people interested in restoration, have an economy driven by tourism, and a large part of the appeal of Kewaunee is its old fashioned charm, the city would be extremely foolish to destroy another irreplaceable bit of its history.

What a shame to destroy such a piece of local history. Too often 'modernizing' an area removes the beauty of the past which should be shared with generations to come. PLEASE re-consider this and support it's entrance in the Wisconsin Historical Society. Thank You!

I love this building! Let’s look at how we can preserve our history. Many of my customers comment on the beautiful church by the Grandfather Clock. Some are local, and some being from other cities who appreciate its architectural beauty.

An important part of our history, a living relic of our long journey here.

I love this church building and it should become a historical landmark! If it is in good condition and we can have a place for the community that would be wonderful! Why tear down history especially if it's not needed. Kewaunee could work on other things like the sidewalks.

Been in this building many times and fail to see the need for demolition.

I wasn't aware of the history of the building beyond lectern factory. Looking forward, this building can only add to the appeal of downtown Kewaunee.

If we continue to tear down our historical buildings we won’t have a history

Going to this church with my parents is one of my earliest memories. Please don’t demolish this wonderful old structure. It would be wonderful to see it standing proud again.

I grew up in Kewaunee. We're always so quick to tear down with no good reason. Save the old church.
