Closing both boat ramps under the Kemah bridge will have a bad effect on recreational boaters and boating business in Clear Lake and Galveston Bay. Is there an alternative ramp being planned?

this is crazy we have the third largest concentration of boats in the country and the primary ramp we all use is going away? I understand to close temporarily when work is being done above or adjacent to the ramps. Not only should the ramps be replaced but public restrooms should be added!!!!!!!!!!

These boats ramps are important to Sportsmen and women, to businesses, to the local economy, and the safety of the area. If a First Responder boat cannot be launched, then people are at the mercy of a "in the water boat", if one is available. We have the third largest concentration of boats in the U.S. And TxDot is taking two of them away, this is ALL WRONG.

We need this boat ramp. We allll can’t park at Clear Lake Shores. That would be the only one left in the area.
