The purebred Crabbet Arab brumbies in the Julatten/Mount Molloy area are being culled. We need to save them! They are brilliant horses for the tropics and should not be left to die.
The toll on these horses is heavy and the road ahead feels long. We are crawling toward one hundred signatures and I need you to push this further so the authorities can no longer ignore our presence.

These Arabs are my dad's horses which he has been trying to get for years but the State government refuses to let him on the property to do the muster. Be sensible and let us get our horses and avoid this horrid and unnecessary culling!!!!

these brumbies are too valuable to be culled. Please save them as you will not find any better bloodlines with such hardiness anywhere else. Cull the feral pigs instead, they do the most damage and are quite dangerous.

Instead of looking to kill them but why not find a way to promote them and make them part of the tourist industry - I am sure there are many people photographers/artists/school groups/ overseas tourists who would be delighted to participate in a Brumby Watch tour - we should be embracing what we have in nature not destroying it;

I like the snowey mountain project where they are saved and re-homed. Most of them have lovely natures and suited to the conditions in this area. I have seen a couple in harness at Atherton show
and being ridden, so they are good horses.

Would love to own and re-educate another brumby if anyone's catching them. Currently own 3 year old filly, intelligent, hardy easy doer doesn't need to be pumped with feed. Government is sitting on a gold mine with these horses.

Please keep these beautiful species of animal alone. Our world needs less intervention with animals. How would you like it if some one decided to cull us ? As a human species. I'm not a vegan BTW just a nature lover.
