Action on the part of the owner of the Warm Springs / Jefferson Pools to stabilize, restore and preserve the original bath house structures is long overdue and they either need to commit and act in their fiduciary capacity to do so without further delay or they need to donate them to a non-profit organization with the ability to do what should have been done decades ago to preserve these unique and historically significant structures for the residents of Bath County, the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia and for future generations to come!

Sure missing soaking in the pools. If Omni wont repair, seems like they would sell property to someone who will.

These pools have brought many travelers to the area and are a huge part of the history in our county. The fact that they have even been allowed to get to the condition they are now is a travesty and not to repair them is just plain wrong.

Hard to believe the way the Homestead has allowed theses structures to deteriorate. But if you look closely at parts of the hotel it's falling apart too.
