The pools are a very important part of Bath County's history. In fact when I was in elementary school we had a field trip there. I think they need to be fixed.

We shouldn't hold our breath waiting on Omni.

The Warm Springs Pools are not just a tourist attraction, not just a set of tired looking historic and iconic buildings, they are a legacy and a natural resource that should be maintained and safeguarded. If the current owners are not interested in restoring the bathhouses, then the property should be in the hands of an organization that will work to restore and maintain it. Omni should give the pools back to the community - make a gift consistent with their commitment to the county.

They are a part of Bath Co. the least they could do would be to return them to the county where they could be used and maintained.

They need to be restored, the community wants this as well as the guests that come to stay in Bath County!

I am coming back “home” and will be staying at the Warm Springs Inn right across from the pools. I will be glad when they are easier to look at. It is a shame that history is left to deteriorate this way. Let people who care about the pools take charge.

Born in Hot Springs, Jefferson Pools I remember well. I was in them during 2013 and commented they are in need of repair. Omni took over the Homestead and they should save the pools.

This is a good start, It would be a great place for a visitors center to be work in there somewhere if the County could own it out right. Could be a good selling point !!!!

I lived there for about 10-12 yes. Met and married my late husband there. It's a big part if me.
