So many memories from being a little girl with my dad , him trying to teach me pool as I got older. Teenage years with my mates and still being able to go in have a drink a dance n a good laugh with everyone . So sad if another Lincoln pub goes

This pub cannot close! It means so much to many, many people. Whether you go there once a week, once a month or once a year, it's still our pub! It'd be an absolute disgrace to shut the doors. There's no other place with a community like The Ivy Tavern. We go there to celebrate with the people we know and to remember the people we've lost. And I'm sure that plenty of others will agree with me, that, that pub should never die!
