Residents of Immingham, as you are aware the civic centre is currently undergoing an overhaul. The library is set to be moved and its current building knocked down. There are many community groups that were hoping to make use of the empty space. These groups include the elderly and vulnerable residents of our town. We are under the impression that immingham town council also wish for the building to stay. Please help us prove to north east Lincolnshire council that the people of immingham want to keep the building!!
