The building exhibits a high level of integrity both inside and out. While the exterior exhibits conditions related to deferred maintenance there is nothing to suggest that it cannot be restored.

Have always loved the building and when it was operational it was a standout and also very representative of the Hollywood we knew and loved. This building should definitely
be preserved as there is nothing like it anymore. Hollywood needs to have something to show that it was once a great place of art and music.
