I would echo the comments of several of my esteemed neighbors: this beautiful building is a part of Hollywood history and quite aside from that has its own aesthetic merits. Old Hollywood is being razed and re-developed at a furious pace. Please, let's preserve this building and re-purpose it.

Sometimes I feel we are too eager to try the next best thing. Some of the buildings from that era still outshine the concrete and glass structures they choose to put up instead. Very sad, indeed!

I love deco and streamlined. And especially if they are an HCM we ought yo keep them. Too much of Hollywood is lost already including films on nitrate.
We can't loose another gem!
