The owner of the property has a right to do whatever he wants to with his own property, and we certainly need to find the correct balance between the rights of the owner and attempting to maintain our most historical venues to be visited by future generations. Please consider both of these issues as you make your decision.

The Hollywood Reporter began serving Hollywood before Daily Variety and is a huge part of the City's and the Film Industry's History, in addition to being a striking example of Art Deco Architecture. This building needs to be declared Historic and Preserved!
