This is not okay! I see the point of taking away Stick It In, but don't take away another tradition that is a part of what makes Lane Stadium home.

The Hokie Pokie is truly one of the most beloved gameday traditions at Virginia Tech. Any school can have an organized cheer, but there's nothing like 66,233 people dancing together in the stands to celebrate our great team.

Not only is the Hokie Pokie "stretch" consistently ranked in the top 10 of the best college football traditions, it is also the ONLY one that involves the opposing team in the tradition. Tubas from 3 different and opposing bands come together for a brief moment in unity. You won't find that at any other school.

So you want to get rid of the only other thing that gets the ENTIRE stadium involved (other than jumping to 'Enter Sandman')? Lets #SaveTheHokiePokie
