Trying to save the Hobbit Hole (renamed the Poddit Hole) from bullying by Warner Bros, Middle Earth Enterprises and Tolkien Society.

The Poddit Hole has been threatened with legal action by the above and are being forced to rebrand. All they want is a license.

Copyright should be respected but this small business in Suffolk asked for a license and were refused. They are Tolkien fans and want to create a habitable Hobbit Hole for holidays for Hobbit fans which will only benefit the brand. They have removed all Hobbit terms but now they are trying to take their music and maps (produced locally) and the word Poddit which they created themselves.
This is not right, and we can't let this happen.

They currently have a kickstarter campaign to raise the funds for this project but this has been shut down once and had to be rerecorded. Some of the funding has been withdrawn and this small Suffolk business are being squashed.

How will this small Suffolk business hurt organisations like Warner Bros, Middle Earth Enterprises and the Tolkien Society? Why can't they allow them to pay for a license and continue building the brand and fan base?
