to allow this development to go ahead would be a gross misconduct by Chester planning. At present there is only one public house operating within Blacon meaning that the services which are open to its residents are becoming more and more limited. it also means that effectively a monopoly has been created.

this pub needs reopenong as a good community pub there are enough houses and flats we need more places 4 people 2 socialise and meet get the good community spirit bck

It's disgraceful that they are destroying a lovely building to put up cheep houses! Blacon does not need more houses!

This was probably the best pub in blacon, there is only 2 left now and one you have to be a member. We don't need any more houses, should be brought back as a pub again!
