This studio has always been an anchor in my professional career as an independent dancer. It is even more vital in times of COVID, so dancers can keep on training and stay fit during their search for work.

I consider HJS as one of the most important professional dance training centres in Europe with a reputation beyond the Netherlands. I trained there during my 6 year lasting stay in Amsterdam and it is because of them that I am the dancer I am today because of the high quality teachers that are teaching there. HJS must stay!

It will be a great mistake to lose such a place that is known internationally for its excellent training and activities offered to the cultural sector.
