It is very sad that the educators of today have no use for the brilliance of the past, especially the Greek contributions to civilazations. Please keep this center open.

How many more malls does one need? The mall market and rental market for shops is cyclical at best. You will make agreements with vultures that are beholden to get rich quick. Just like other universities who dabbled with get-rich-quick schemes and lost a lot, you too are travelling down a dumb slope of ill-conceived get-rich-quick scheme. History and legacy is eternal. REITs and dumb malls toting made-in-China cheapware are ephemeral. Where will you stand???

How many more malls does one need? The mall market and rental market for shops is cyclical at best. You will make agreements with vultures that are beholden to get rich quick. Just like other universities who dabbled with get-rich-quick schemes and lost a lot, you too are travelling down a dumb slope of ill-conceived get-rich-quick scheme. History and legacy is eternal. REITs and dumb malls toting made-in-China cheapware are ephemeral. Where will you stand???
