Don't let this pub go, it's too important to us all, Chess club and groups meet there. It has a very important role in our community of this pub goes it will be so sad. All the elderly people will become recluse because there is no where else they can go to meet up with friends in the local area. We have lost so much recently lets not loose this too

This pub needs to be saved! Yes we have had a few problems but we are working to resolve these. Overall it is a good family pub in the heart of our community. We have many elderly patrons who live alone and come in just to see people. It is very sad and I don't believe m&b put much thought into their decision about how it would affect the local community. Our pub is not like a normal pub it is special and well worth saving

This pub needs to be saved!! Many people have been going here for years and years!! For some it's just somewhere to go to get out of the house and interact with others! To think people are willing to take all that away!

This is the last pub within walking distance. most of the pubs in s.oxhey are shut or shutting. Its Part of our community and our community is important to me should be to society as a whole

This pub is the heart of our community. A place for young and old to get together. For the elderly this is the one and only place, they get to socialise with people. Weddings and birthdays are celebrated here. People also get together to pay their respects after a funeral. Young families and/or grandparents, can bring children out for dinner. We need to save this pub!!
