Our free museums are a jewel in Hull's crown- I do notbelieve that this museum is advertised widely enough - it is a wonderful resource for our children and grandchildren. Please rethink!!

My children enjoy visiting the museums. Please don't close these beautiful free attractions at a time when many parents are struggling to pay for days out with their children!

How an earth can this closure be justified? If the council needs more money I am sure that management can be slimmed down somewhere, too many chiefs and not enough Indians, springs to mind.

we have some of the finest museums in the country, don't be so inept and start closing them. I always tell people from elsewhere in UK and world what great museums we have in Hull. and with City Of Culture coming in 2017 it seems short sighted. we have an inept City Council to be quite frank, they waste money on poor value projects constantly, a case in point is Freedom Festival giving a contract out of the city when we have the expertise within that NEED the work. So let's keep this open.
