Who are we without a history? How can we know ourselves without the history being kept?

This is a fantastically vital resource to engage children and people of all ages. If you cant afford it, please put 2p on the Council Tax. Im sure no one will object.

It is important to pass on our heritage through museums, especially hands on - children will remember these experiences. We are meant to be a City of Culture - that means from now not just for a year.

The council needs to keep this museum open as a reminder to people that this is what this condem government is returning us to.

Hull City Council want to 'Close the Hands on History Museum in Hull to ''save money''...'. I would say to the Hull City Council, ''You would save 'Council Tax Payers' money by simply 'cutting out the Free Luncheons' for Council Meetings etc. and 'Get on with the topic for discussion!'. The Museums of Hull 'Are for the People' to visit for Educational, Recreational & Social appreciation of Local Amenities in Hull. The 'City of Culture' in 2017!
