2017 UK City of Culture and you're closing down museums!!!!!! Hull should be stripped of the title if this closure goes ahead.

This museum is a valuable asset to the people of Hull and tourists and it offers so much. If Hull is to truly be the City of Culture in 2017 then places like this should remain open for every generation to enjoy.

The museum is an important part of Hull, important to the education of the children of Hull. There is no way museums like this should face closure when council money is being wasted so readily in other areas
