Any museum is an asset and a valuable learning tool for future generations to come, they should be protected not closed.

Children don't just learn with their teachers they learn from their parents. If you take this opportunity away from families how will we learn together about our history. Hands on for some is the best /only way to learn.

All museums should be kept open somehow, rather than close, think of some new marketing!

A preposterous idea - we vilify everyday culture and yet people of the opportnity to learn and expand their perspectives.

A very sad reflection on a city that is supposed to be a capital of culture.

Developing the offer starts by building on current assets. Very shortsighted HCC.

It is of great concern that a community which is to be deemed a City of Culture should have an important cultural institution threatened with closure.

The museum shud never be closed down. Its part of Hulls culture and generation to come should have a chance at going and looking round the place.
