Our children love that stage. Thanks for working to save it for them and future students!

Groveland is a historic school, having served our community for roughly 100 years. During that time, the stage has been a focal point for community activities. From school events to after hours programming, the stage brings our community together. It would be hard to image Groveland without it.
Also, speaking as a Cub Scout leader, we use the stage for every meeting - include our Flag Ceremony, recognizing advancement for the boys, and other activities (e.g., skit nights). I'm sure other extra-curricular activities rely on the stage too. It would be a tragedy if it got demolished. Please leave it intact!

Custodial storage instead of the only historical and well/used and well-loved stage in a school without an auditorium??
That is a bad idea. The stage is the center of community activity and Student performances at our school. Build a shed for much less money. Do not destroy valuable infrastructure.

Please keep the stage! It is a crucial part of the school and a fixture of many activities.

This atmosphere of Groveland relies heavily on its architectural treasures. Elements like the stage are a valuable asset to our community and also our history. It helps students understand the values of the past. It was a shame to lose the porthole doors, it would be an even greater shame to lose the stage. Please consider an alternative location for storage and custodial activities.
