Selling this library would be so damaging to the community and to all who use this library, especially the children. It is extremely sad that this is even a consideration.

Midwestern needs to look elsewhere. This library is an indespensable resource in our community! Taking books and programs away from the children that are the future of our country is inexcusable and a disgrace. Children should be the priority in our society, not scapegoats for politicians trying to pay back debt that they incurred by mismanaging their money.

My daughter is an avid reader because of the Foothills Library! It started with mother/daughter time as a baby and it continued. She now drives to her library to do research and checkout books!

This library is vital to the arrowhead community and surrounding neighborhoods. Losing it will only further drive a wedge in teaching our children what a real book is and seeing the joy in my children in finding real books to pick out to bring home and read. Relocating

I believe that the proposal to sell Foothills Branch Library and "expand library services"by ruining the FRAC and cutting staff, space, and materials is an insult to residents of all ages! Our library is used heavily by citizens. Those who so avidly promoted it should be removed from any responsibility for Glendale's libraries.
