7 units with the renovation vs 5 units with the teardown? I'll support the renovation!

It's a beautiful house with important history and it seems like a waste to tear down to build something new that will have 2 LESS condos than the adaptive plan.

This is a gem and if there are going to be condos one way or another, why not have a beautiful architectural structure rather than the usual boxes.

Please save this beautiful 19th century historical house with its granite posts and walls. It adds much needed character to Main Street and if the contractor is offering to keep it intact, please allow him to do so. Stoneham’s future residents will be grateful that a house built in the 1800s, was saved from destruction.

Anytime that you can save a building that has been part of the Town's streetscape it benefits us all. I am in favor of the project.

The character of this town and others surrounding it are being chipped away bit by bit. Don't do it too.

Please save this historic home. Not only is it a part of Stoneham’s history but it also continues to add character and charm to our town.
