I sailed on the ss Nieuw Amsterdam and always have loved this sculpture. I was very happy when it was saved and placed on the ms Amsterdam.

What's especially sad is that all the effort to locate, obtain and re-imagine this work is now so carelessly disregarded. Shame on them if they don't keep this in HAL's archives.
