First commissioned by Holland America Line in 1937 for the new s.s. Nieuw Amsterdam. This should remain in the custody of Holland America Line!

Please don't sell "The Four Seasons". It would be very easy to remove it from the Amsterdam and transfer it to the new Flag Ship, Rotterdam. That's where it belongs.

Save alle the Dutch art on board the sold HAL ships. Must be kept in the Dutch Musea as Dutch HAL Heritage.
