On August 15th 2013 both Dave Roast (food cart) and Brendan Mooney (coffee cart) are scheduled to appear before the Waiheke local community board to determine whether they will be permitted to continue trading in their current location in the car park on Ostend Domain , The Causeway, Waiheke Island.
