If there are valid alternatives then network rail should be supporting community and local businesses.

Please don’t kick out the flower lady. She is a key part of Herne Hill and you will be killing part of the souls of our community by doing this. Don’t make us pay for your mistakes.

It's long term local businesses like this that give an area its character. You shouldn't just be able to throw them out because some refurbishments plans went wonky. Find a better fix and stop relying on the displacement of people and their lives to make up for a stupid mistake.

It is criminal! A beautiful lady and beautiful shop. Once again Network rail think nothing of destroying someone s living and the character of Herne Hill

Elaine is a really significant part of the Herne Hill community. She a wonderful person and her shop offers great service and character to the area - the type of character that makes the area interesting and popular which in turn has encouraged Network Rail to cash in the area in the first place. It must be protected.

This is why we can’t have nice things. Haven’t you ruined Brixton enough and now you’re heading to Herne Hill? Stop it.

In my childhood this building was known as a coal order office. It should be preserved as a historic building, as well as because it is the current base of an extremely successful and very popular business, with a much loved owner.
