LACER was amazing for me at Bancroft Middle school. All students for every grade level should have this option. It helped me so much growing up.

please don't defend LAUSD, the students need the programs for their benefit and growth. Its important to give them the proper resources and education! Thats how I made it through school, if it wasn't for these programs, I wouldn't be where I am now, I can not imagine these kids without the same resources!

Kids deserve to keep such a great after school program. It felt like I had a second a family through other people I met as well as the amazing staff I saw every day. and it had definitely also made my 4 years of high school so memorable. Do not defund!!

These programs are vital to our community, and in particular Marshall High School has done a phenomenal job at raising the bar with its LACER Afterschool Program). Please prioritize and fund these programs!
