After school programs supplement the forevever-diminishing services provided by the proper day schools due to other buget cuts. We cannot let the same happen to our after school programs.

The programs that are being defunded are most favored by the students of LAUSD. I was part of the L.A.C.E.R. program for about six years, and it has provided benefits to me and so many more students in middle school and high school. Defunding these programs will only lead to their demise, and the students will be devastated. Please let us keep them
