I stand against any building of dwellings on this green belt area and feel this greed to build dwellings for profit and not for housing demand is simply wrong.

I share the sentiments of others - building on this recreational land will spoil the lovely views to the front of the estate. This for me will certainly devalue my enjoyment of the outlook towards the golf course.

I understand the need for affordable local housing and the mandate to support government initiatives but there are plenty of brown field site that need regeneration rather than agricultural farm land and community spaces. Please look elsewhere.

Please don't build on this field. There is too many construction sites in this world please leave this field untouched and allow the wildlife to enjoy some life.

I regularly see deer in this field. It is used by families as a safe place to play. It is regularly used by dog walkers. I am very concerned by the amount of traffic that this new estate would bring into Oakridge Road.
