There is no infrastructure to support yet more houses. Overdevelopment of this area has already increased traffic congestion with consequent damage to health as well as to the detriment of wildlife

We are running out of green space in this area! Also, it’s already over run with enough houses that have been built here and trying to find a dentist/ GP/ school with space is already difficult!

The infrastructure is jammed many times per week with breakdowns and accidents on the bypass. This makes Frogston Road a traffic jam and it is the sole access road for hundreds of properties at the moment. We cannot cope with anymore. Additionally we must save the beauty of Edinburgh and its green spaces for wellbeing. We need to find better new housing initiatives including building on wastelands.

This area does not have local infrastructure including schools, shops, leisure facilities etc to support more housing
Greenbelt should remain protected for wildlife and environmental reasons
I strongly object to green belt being built on and believe most members of the local community agree
Please do not allow this and advise how we can stop this from going ahead

There are are plenty enough brown field areas to use. Enough is enough when it comes to green belt areas being built on....Frogston Road being a classic example. No more building!!!

We are facing a wildlife crisis and this area provides essential habitat for a diverse range of animal, plant and bird life. We cannot afford to carry on depleting the natural environment in this way. Stop sacrificing the greenbelt for suburban sprawl.

This would increase traffic pressure on Frogston Road West, especially when the bypass is blocked by am accident, a regular convenience. Will adversely affect wildlife and ruin an area used for walking and exercising dogs. Yellowhammers and other birds use the hedges there, this would remove their habitat. More houses will put pressure on existing infrastructure.

Prime agricultural land is at a premium in this country.We cannot rely entirely on foreign food imports to meet all our needs.There is a piece of low grade land on the other side of the road near the Mounthooly Road entrance which would not result in the loss of usable agricultural land if housing is essential in the green belt.

This has to be stopped as the roads are congested enough. Also, it will put more pressure on doctors and dentists etc.
