New houses will put so much pressure on the local Gp surgeries and schools already the local surgeries are not taking on new patients and people are being registered a bus journey away . The local schools are over subscribed and it's almost impossible to find NHS dental practice. The council would be better improving these things rather than increasing the pressure

I am near this area and regularly use it for exercise and leisure such as walking. It would be to immense detriment to the local community if additional homes were built here. There are already huge isues with traffic, road user safety, environmental pollution in the form of excessive dog poo left on pavements and paths here, as well as the obvious traffic pollution. Additional houses will not just make it more difficult for local people to live here but will stretch already stretched essential services in the local area such as schools, nurseries, doctors and dentists. This deveopment helps no one but the landowners, we would appluad them in making a more sustainable choice such as creating a local nature reserve area or simply leaving the land to rewild or use it for it's already established purpose.

More developments cannot be greenlit without the appropriate infrastructure being in place in terms of roads, doctors and dentists. This area is already oversubscribed for these services.

This area cannot support any further development. There is not enough scope to bring it up to the standard already needed. Wildlife are at risk. People need green space. Greedy landowners don't need more millions.
