Strongly object to this proposal on the grounds of lack of infrastructure, loss of green space and overdevelopment in the area generally.

New houses would put even more pressure on our medical resources. We desperately need to hold on to our Green Belt too so no more houses on Frogston Road

Has adverse impact on traffic in are that is bad enough particularly when problems on bypass. What account has been taken re schooling, doctors, dentists etc. I suspect not been considered. Strongly object to this proposal.

A huge number of new houses have been built in the last few years in the EH16 and EH17 area with almost no additional services supporting this. GP and dental practises are at bursting point, with many struggling to find one. The roads are filled with pot holes and I suspect a not insignificant sum of money would need to be spent to fix these. No additional buses have been factored in and so building yet more houses seems incredulous. Lastly, as someone who has lived in this postcode area for all of my 41 years, there has been a drastic reduction in the green spaces on offer. Surely the pandemic has shows us how vital these are! No more people with a significant investment in infrastructure but honestly, I’d prefer to keep what little space we have here!

I object to this development on green belt land.

Wildlife such as hare, roe deer and many bird species rely on these fields. I support this green belt being protected for them and for people.

This development is in completely the wrong place. This is greenbelt land and supports valuable wildlife. Also the road is severely congested whenever there is a problem on the bypass.

Please protect our green belt. Long term implications of not doing so are too significant

GPs and schools are over-subscribed as it is. More services and infrastructure are desperately required before more housing just makes the situation even worse.

This development on green belt will put pressure on already stretched local facilities

Please please please don’t just build houses. It’s not the answer to the housing crisis and most people can’t afford these ticky tacky houses anymore anyway.

Local infrastructure cannot cope with more houses.
