Appalled to read that more greenbelt land may be swallowed up. The area is already struggling to cope with the traffic and the number of additional residents who are using the limited facilities.

Local services in this area are already stretched beyond their limit, it would be irresponsible to push them further without first improving local infrastructure.

The area needs another GP surgery and nursery before anymore homes are build. Currently you cannot get registered with a GP in the area and the nursery waiting lists are years long. Considering these homes will no doubt be marketed to young families it's morally wrong to sell them to families knowing they won't have access to the services they need.

I don't think the current infrastructures can cope with more housing. I have a 2 year old son and the waiting list for nursery is 2 years and only à few days à week ! Same goes for doctors dentist etc...

There would need to be more infrastructure to support this development that would include new roads, schools and medical practices. Something we know won't be considered only £ in everyone's minds

It would be a real tragedy to lose this land to lego houses with poor infrastructure. It is a beautiful area treasured by locals and wildlife
