I am a veteran of 2 branches of service, us navy and us army, I was not born in America but was allowed to be a us citizen and did what other choose not to do for a country that gave me opportunities. This man is being American, let him keep his job.

As a combat veteran, I feel proud of what this man did. Many men and women have died protecting the freedoms symbolized by our flag. If people are so disgusted they resort to burning flags, why won't they just leave. See what happens when you are in another nation and you burn their flag..........

I believe FEDEX should not fire this patriotic gentleman. He saw a disgraceful act being committed and he took action to protect our national symbol. If FEDEX chooses to discipline this gentleman then they can expect that they will lose my business and I will go to UPS. I am glad the protesters (2) were arrested. Personally I think they deserved a far worse punishment.

Thank you Matt. FedEx, please continue to do the right thing by Matt as he not only did the right thing he stopped laws from being broken. FedEx will be my first choice of carriers (where if he were disciplined, it would never use FedEx again). Thanks

This man is a veteran, a hero to the silent majority. If he looses employment with u, we will PROUDLY employ him at Southwest Airlines, and fed Ex will forever be tarnished.
