This guy is a Hero. Not one time did he lose his composure. He stood his ground at trying to keep the flags from burning and got back to his van as he was being antagonized.

This man did the right thing and should NOT be punished (i.e. fired) for it. He's proud of his country, his flag and he said it like it is: If they don't like it they can leave. Stick by your word FedEx - do not dismiss him.

For several years we have preached the anti-bully agenda to our youth and the importance of standing up and taking action. To be a lone individual with enough conviction to approach a group of people and prevent them from continuing their disrespectful, defiant, and inappropriate behavior is something to be commended. His character speaks volumes! Make no mistake a gentlemen of his character is the same type of individual who will stand up for the "little guy" and not just sit by idoly and be witness to violent & unjust actions carried out by "bullies". If we do not defend and commend him for taking action then we shall once again stand accused of talking out of both sides of our mouths and can most assuredly come to expect no action to be taken by anyone in future, perhaps more severe incidents.
