Extinguishing a deliberately set destructive fire in a public space is a community service. Continued employment should not be in question, and he should receive positive feedback in his next performance review.

This man deserves not only to keep his job, but to be commended for his actions. How dare these people burn the flag, they obviously don't know (and don't care) about the men and women who died to give them this freedom !
