If FedEx let him go, they'd lose all my business. If anything they should give him a raise. He put out an open burn fire, which was illegal and could have spread to who else knows what.

My company will never use FedEx ever again if this guy isn't rehired.
We aren't big fish but after checking we did spend $47,000 with FedEx last year.
No problem switching to another carrier.
