If you fire this Hero because of what he did for our FLAG then UPS will hire him at 1.5 times what you were paying him. And when Trump invites him to the White House he will either seek well of your company or speak well of UPS.
Next step is yours FedEx. Just remember if you fire him I am in charge of who our Company uses for next day mail !~!
