He should not be fired disciplined in this matter . If he pulled a person from a fire fedex would praise him not just say handing it internally. . He may not saved a person from a fire but the flag of our country and a person should not have to lose anything to save it from the flames.

This employee should be complemented on his actions. Companies should be proud of their employees who truly believe in doing the right thing. In no way should this employee be fired for his actions. This nation needs to unite and be thankful for all that has been fought for and treat it accordingly. For those that have no idea what that means need to do as President Kennedy once said "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can I do for my country."
