I also am a fellow FedEx Freight employee. Uhrin did no harm in this and by the looks of it actually protected some. We need more people such as himself and our company should stand up with him!!

Is it a person's 1st Ammendment right to burn the flag? Yes. But when that happens, it discredits everything our country stands for & the shoulders of those who fought for this country to be who we are. My husband & I are both veterans & we applauded Uhrin's actions. We understand if disciplinary action is necessary because he did this while on duty as your employee, but please don't fire him for standing up for our country. It's not even about which political party a person supports; it's about respect & he stood his ground on respect. Please respect him enough to not fire him. Fine him, give him some unpaid leave, but please let him keep his job. Thank you!!

A true patriot! I will continue to use fed ex if he remains employed . However if he is fired for this I will discontinue using them. I will also let my place of business know as well. We do a large amount of business with FedEx. My coworkers also support my decision.

That flag stands for every American who fought and protected our freedoms. Some lost their lives and some are still holding on to it barely today. He is a HERO..More people should have the same RESPECT!
