This is one awesome dude, Fed ex you need to keep him on the job. If you fire him you will feel the pain in the wallet as will all of the people who own stock.

If he is fired I, as the shipping manager for my firm, will NEVER use FedEx again.
If he is praised I will, whenever possible, use FedEx as my primary shipper.
