As a former FedEx employee I know FedEx is often critical of their image. Trust me when I say this courier is great for FedEx, and anything other than praise will definately be a negative impact on the FedEx brand. Remember FedEx was founded by a tenacious Marine (Fred Smith) who had the courage to stand up and do the right thing despite ridicule telling him his idea would never work. Your courier has performed an exemplary job that I believe most of us as Americans would have done ourselves. Thank him for us.
