As someone that served and fought for 22 years to preserve our Constitutional rights, he is well within his rights to preserve what we all hold sacred. Now if we could just convince others to stand up for what is right.

Let's be honest here, disciplineing an employee for honoring the very flag countless Americans have died for would be ridiculous. He's an upstanding American hero for defending our flag, and the cowards burning the American flag should be charged with treason.

doing his civic duty, there was a fire and he put it out, simple as that. Oh by the way it was our American Flag, I would have done the same thing. Sure don't want the fire to get out of control.

Why would you punish him? That is ridiculous. He was standing up for what he thought was right. I am standing up for him 100%.The thought of Matt being on the line of losing his job is so not American.
