I lived in Grass Valley, CA for almost 17 years...I cannot imagine that town without the Empire Mine State Historic Park...it was the one place we always took visiting friends and family to show what best represented our beautiful area...

This is not only a piece of history for our local community, but is an absolutely beautiful garden and a place that we as locals may take pride in as it is part of our community.
