I don’t believe the MBTA has adequately considered how much longer lasting and lower maintenance trolley busses are compared to battery and diesel buses. Additionally it would be a big blow to the cultural history of Boston.

I have lived on mass ave my entire life. I’ve always enjoyed this formmat transportation. It’s clean efficient and safe. Something they can’t prove with electric buses. Once again the MBTA refuses to listen to locals.

More short side of this from the MBTA. Once again we find ourselves having to fight bureaucracy at the MBTA. Residents don’t want this to happen, but why listen to us.

Let’s face it after electric buses fail, will have nothing but diesel buses. They took the wires down and several other communities. Once again the MBTA is up to no good.

Very shortsighted of the MBTA to do this. There’s no need to do this until electric buses have been more proven. Once again the Mbta is trying to destroy our tax dollars.

This is insane. Those battery buses have improve themselves to be any better. And he won’t be able to rebuild this.
