Dublin should not loose these market spaces . There is a wonderful culture of community, eco awareness, healthy lifestyle and fair trading going on in the area And it does not need corporate offices and money making ventures by large corporations . Please stop destroying the city.

Greedy developers/vulture funds with zero municipal concern tearing the cultural heart out of Dublin again. Put community, creativity, life and culture before profit, greed and opportunism. The poverty of imagination will be detrimental to the area. Pure corporate greed. Shame on those who back this plan.

Flea markets are a gathering area, they are good for the environment as used items are sold and reused, lots of upcycling. They are always a tourist attraction and give small local entrepreneurs an opportunity at low cost to test a product. They are good for the community and the local economy.
