It is incomprehensible to me how a city council can act in this way, especially if there are really good solutions! It makes me very sad and angry even more !! Violence creates violence! Is that what we want to teach our kids? Animals also have souls and are sentient beings. God didn't create these beings to torture and kill them. God teaches us mercy, righteousness and charity! -بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم - Is the city council possibly disbelieving?

dogs have the souls and don't deserve to die. Lost dogs don't hurt people specially those who walk in groups. the person who hurts dogs is who should be punished, not the dogs.
