Stop killing the dogs. Be civilize and be smart. The problem cannot be resolved by killing. Face the fact that the dogs are not the source of the problem, the human being is. Take this chance to educate people vaccination the dog is important. Instead you are teaching the children killing is a way to remove the problem.
