Most of those don't like street dogs feel that killing street dogs don't matter to them at all.
The true is dogs behave same way toward human regardless of street dogs or pet dogs.
The argument is can we as a high moral high spiritual human beings killing innocent dogs w no infection just because of test of infection, vaccination & quarantine need to allocate some fund?
It is a small fund for a state government to vaccinate all the dogs, as virologists said through out decades of experience, vaccination is the only solution not mass killing as dogs don't produce this Rabies virus same as other mammals & human.
So, please the non dogs lover stop fight back by saying: "dogs lover, why don't you keep all street dogs or pay for vaccination!" Besides tycoon, who else can afford to pay for the huge expenses of thousand of dogs.
Dogs lover is broke due to years of contribution to pay for street dogs food, shelter, grooming, medication etc.
If you are not dogs lover, please pay some respect to dogs lover, no word should further hurt their feeling at this moment.
During the real outbreak of Rabies, almost all mammals & human are stand the same possibility to be carriers of Rabies.
No way we can kill all mammals, dogs & human.
We see the mass killing as stupid solution especial targeting only the easy target animal that trust human & approaching human, dogs=human closest friend.
